Putting to one side the fact that Mercedes College is an all girls school, I don't think I could handle going to a school in the city as there'd just be too many distractions for my mind to latch on to.
At the very least, I suspect there would have been a lot more fast food in the diet and perhaps a dollar or two spent on stuff I wouldn't really have needed.
Walking past while grabbing lunch one Sunday, I noticed an empty bottle of beer in the gate.
As I arranged everything for the shot, memories of Year 10 socials and excursions to the city came flooding back.
Adolescence is always so grand in hindsight.
